About the Role
LAGOM is looking for a highly creative and internet-native Social Media Marketing Specialist to help grow brands like Weday through social media, creator partnerships, and community-driven marketing.
This role is not just about posting content. We are looking for someone who understands internet culture, social trends, aesthetics, and how modern, design-forward brands build attention and community online. Weday is a bold, cannabis-related lifestyle brand with a strong focus on design, culture, and self-expression — and we want someone who genuinely understands that world.
You should have strong intuition for what works on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and emerging social channels, while also understanding how to maintain a consistent premium brand image.

Main Responsibilities
Help plan and manage social media content across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
Research trends, viral formats, creators, and cultural movements relevant to the brand
Develop creator partnership and collaboration ideas
Assist with influencer outreach and relationship building
Support community engagement and social growth initiatives
Work closely with the creative team to help shape content direction and campaigns
Help identify high-performing content opportunities for both organic and paid social
Stay deeply updated on internet culture, social trends, and platform behavior
Requirements
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and modern social media culture
Strong visual taste and understanding of aesthetics
Good understanding of what makes content feel native instead of overly commercial
Ability to think creatively and contribute ideas proactively
Organized and able to manage multiple projects
Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
Experience with creator partnerships, influencer outreach, or community management
Basic familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is a plus
